Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to services sold by Tomorrow Now AI LLC, doing business as TMRWNOW, unless a signed agreement, proposal, invoice, or checkout page states different refund or cancellation terms.

Custom services

Payments for custom AI development, consulting, implementation, configuration, training, or other professional services are generally non-refundable once work has begun, resources have been allocated, or project-specific deliverables have been created.

Deposits and milestones

Deposits reserve project capacity and may be non-refundable. Milestone payments correspond to work performed or capacity committed. Any exception must be approved in writing by TMRWNOW.

Subscriptions and ongoing services

Recurring support, hosting, software access, maintenance, managed services, or retainer payments may be cancelled according to the written agreement or invoice terms. Unless otherwise stated in writing, recurring fees already charged for the current billing period are not refundable.

To request review of a billing or refund issue, email im@tmrwnow.ai with your business name, invoice number, payment date, amount paid, and a brief explanation of the request.
