This Privacy Policy explains how Tomorrow Now AI LLC, doing business as TMRWNOW, collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website, consulting services, custom AI agent builds, AI Executive Assistant, and related business operations.

Information we collect

• Contact information such as name, business name, email address, phone number, and billing information.
• Project information you provide, including business requirements, workflows, documents, systems, and implementation details.
• Website usage information such as device type, browser, pages viewed, and basic analytics data.
• Payment and transaction information processed through approved third-party payment providers.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and provide services.
• To scope, build, test, support, and improve custom AI systems.

AI and client data

Client-provided information may be used to configure, test, and operate AI agents and related workflows for that client. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to provide any data, documents, customer information, or third-party materials they submit to TMRWNOW.

Google user data

The TMRWNOW AI Executive Assistant accesses Google user data only after the user grants permission and only for features the user enables. Depending on those enabled features, the assistant may access Gmail messages, send email on the user's behalf, and read or create Google Calendar events.

TMRWNOW uses this Google user data only to provide the assistant features the user enabled. Google user data is encrypted at rest and isolated per customer.

TMRWNOW never sells Google user data, never uses it for advertising, and never uses it to train AI models. TMRWNOW does not share Google user data except with the infrastructure providers that run the service and only as needed to provide the enabled features.

Users may disconnect Google at any time through their Google Account permissions or by contacting TMRWNOW at im@tmrwnow.ai. Google user data retained by TMRWNOW is deleted within 30 days after disconnection or cancellation, except where retention is required by law.

Limited Use disclosure: TMRWNOW's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Service providers

We may use third-party providers for hosting, payments, analytics, communications, automation, AI infrastructure, and business operations. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Data security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and clients should not send sensitive information unless it is necessary for an approved engagement.

Data retention

Except for the specific Google user data retention period stated above, we retain information for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, contractual, and operational limitations.
